Lately, my wrists dont feel right,i think ive sprained them from doing reverse close grip presses.I just want to know,is there any type of brace i could wear during my workout to avoid having this uncomfortable pain on my wrists?????????thanxx

You can use wraps, or some other type of support device. However, I would seriously consider leaving it alone until the pain goes away. Ice it, use compression, and elevate it.

my wrists use to hurt too and still does every now and then but it just feels like a pain or somethin but i suck it up and keep lifting

Ignoring bone,tendon, ligament injuries is always a rash and stupid idea...
Heal first......don't repeat the mistakes that injured you.....learn from your mistakes.
