if the Dymatize Mega Milk is like Muscle Milk then the majority of the fats are MCT's. MCT's are short chained fatty acids which the body metabolizes more like carbs with out the related increase in serum insulin. MCT's are popular for some who favor keto type diets. I have used them off and on with great success when low carbing. |
