I'm about to start cutting and I just wanted to see if I should change up my PWO shake since I will be cutting now. I'm 19, 6'1 and 193 pounds. While I was bulking, my shake was 70g oatmeal, 5oz banana, and 50g whey which was 561 calories, 74g carbs, and 52g of protein. Is there anything about this I should change?

It is fine. If anything I would actually just change the ingredients slightly - keep the banana but decrease the oats and whey and add in some skim milk instead....

But when cutting the last place you want to take calories away from is your pre workout and post workout meals.... Take calories away from your other meals and leave these.

Ok, so take out ~10-20g oatmeal, add skim milk, and how much whey should I take out. Just to clear confusion, when I say 50g whey it means weight not actual amount of protein. 50g of my protein powder is 40g protein. Also, I just bought some creatine. Should I just throw that in there too?

At 193 I would say you want roughly 45-50g protein (total) so that would be:

1 medium nana (27g carb)
1 cup skim milk (12g carb, 8g protein)
60g oats (39g carb, 7.5g protein)
40g whey (32g protein)
TOTALS = 78g carb, 47.5g protein

Crreatine on a cut?? Well there is some evidence to suggest that it does decrease your fat burning potential (it causes the body to preferentially burn carbohydrates over fats) but you could use it if you wanted....

It would have been more handy whilst bulking...
