I have lost 5 pounds already and most of it muscle. Being that i wasn't huge to begin with, i'm starting to look like i was 4 months ago. I'm going out of my mind. This sucks.I thought by now it would be healed (pulled muscle in back),(although it sort of makes sense since i had been working out for awhile with it injured before i stopped), so i just went to the physical therapist for the first time, i'm hoping he could work some magic.
But my question is, is their any lifting i can do, there has to be something( curls?, using machines?), (obviously no overhead pressing movements or deadlitfs and squats)? i need to do something for my sanity and to keep on adding some mass somewhere! |
