this is something that has been bugging me for quite sometime. I have some unwanted body fat that i wish to remove so obviously i know i gotta do cardio, weight train and diet to get rid of the fat, but i also want to bulk up, so i was wondering if i lose all of this unwanted body fat then take a protein shake (I was thinking of N-Large II) would i just get bigger and still have the same or almost the same body fat as after i lost it? Also a second question, if after i lose all the body fat that i want, will i become a faster runner? if not what can make me a faster runner?

Okay bro, first off, you need to spend some MAJOR time in the diet section, and I dont mean this to sound rude. There is a lot of learning you need to do, as all people do when they start a serious routine. You have to unlearn everything that today's dietary standards have taught you. Jodi and Emma-leigh will become your two best friends.

Once you lost the bodyfat you could keep it low with a good diet. I would definitly think that you could run faster with less wieght to move, such as fat. There are many muscles involved with running.
