Need Help

Hi All, I just finished my last year of college football and I need some help as to a new diet to follow. Currently am 6'2'' and weigh about 260. I'm a big guy who really enjoys working out. I'm looking to lose about 20 pounds but want to get cut. I'm used to eating lots and lots of food to mainitain weight , but i have no need to be 260 anymore, unless i can get my body fat down a lot. I'll be working out 4 days a week starting this coming week. What should I do for diet plans to reach my goal? Like I said, I'm looking to really tone up and loose the belly and excess fat. I'm willing to do just about anything in terms of a diet. Any tips or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
