I'm 43, working out in some form since high school, and have been hitting it real hard as of late.
Stats:
6'3"

5.9% bodyfat ( I've been able to keep it under 6% for the last 6 months on the program I'm on)
I haven't done any single rep max for a long while (my joints don't take to kindly to them anymore) but can bench 405 @ 5 reps, squat 495 @ 10 reps. Probably could go alot heavier but I only train heavy for 3 weeks of a 12 week cycle. I do a lot of functional and high intensity training now.
I am a chef by profession, so if anybody needs any good recipies or cooking hints to help their diet, feel free to ask.

Well I don't know about the "school" but everything else is feeling pretty old lately
