Hey everyone-
I was wondering wheter to include fibrous veggies like broccoli and cauliflower when calculating my total carbs for the day?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Most things you don't have to worry about, green fibrous veggies generally take more energy to digest than they contribute. I, personally, would count things like corn, peas, & carrots.

Nah don't waste your time couting broccoli and cauli....
They do have some active carbs but you need to eat a shit load to get any half-decent amount.

i call them carbless carbs.

Is there a website or could someone post a more complete list of vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower?
Do these apply to when they're put in things like soups or casseroles?
