They call me MILO, you ask why?

They call me Milo because I held the world record for a one arm deadlift 335lbs on a seven foot olympic bar at 165lbs body weight. I also pressed 605 close grip from a dead stop on pins in the power rack at 225lbs, I closed a #3 ironmind gripper and reverse curled 205. So I'm not too bright but I can lift big heavy things. Today I manage Angel City Fitness in Marina Del Rey, CA and write articles and books on training and sports nutrition.

We are on Glencoe between Maxella and Washington. The address is 4144 Glencoe Ave. Marina Del Rey. Awesome gym 15,000 square feet. Bumper plates for Olympic lifts all the best equipment.
