Snack Protein powder, Greens+, TBSp Mixed Nuts, TBSP Flax seed, .5 cup Mixed berries, green tea. Too much fat in one sitting. Nix the nuts. Dinner, Variety of things either a stir fry or stew or Spaghetti, MEdium sized portion. any input? I hope that is wheat, spelt or muti-grain pasta. I have been trying to decide on my goals for the next 12 week I figure i wil be trying to build muscle. someone told me to add 200grams of protein into my diet. any input? |

I don't think you have enough protein and your carb choices are poor. You should think about oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice, better grains. I would need more detail on your diet than what you specified to help.
