I've been taking Lipodrene for about 4 weeks now and i've noticed a fat loss, but not really anything going on weight wise, only about 5 pounds have dropped. I have been dieting too. Is it all in my head?! And this is the Lipodrene with Ephdra. Does this sounds weird at all?!

5 lbs in 4 weeks is a good rate for fatloss. Supplements only help so much. What does your exercise routine look like?
