creatine question

I'd like to get stronger, but at the same time I want to lose some excess fat. Is it possible to get leaner and stronger if I take creatine while lifting and doing aerobic activity while keeping calories down a little? If so, how would you reccommend going about it? If not, should I get leaner first and then start the creatine or what? Thanks in advance.

get stronger first, try not to worry about bw, Your muscles need calories and food to grow, so if you are malnurishing them to lose fat you are fighting against yourself, read up on this forum, you will quickly see that mucle gain and fat lose do not go together. I am fairly new to the forum but read a lot and resurched as much as i can. So this first piece of knowledge is what I have learned from the forum. Build muscle first then try to lose the fat with minimal muscle loss. creatine is a great supplement, you can start a cycle whenever you want. it will help give you a jump start for your muscle training, make sure you drink a lot of water through out the day and eat. muscle cant grow without food!!! Train hard and eat like horse.

as you weight train you body will slowly become a fat burning machine. muscle burns fat. so get them muscle going and you will see yourself becoming a machine.. just read my sig on the bottom of my post, that should be all the info you need!!

i did it but i was doing a ton of sprint work and lifting at same time..i ate as much good quality food as i wanted..it wasnt huge diff but i weent from 202 to 195 during summer as for lbs msucle gfained im not sure i got a good bit stronger tho in squats and bench good luck
