Like I told you, read read read on here. Go over the stickies. As for your situation, you need to post whats up with you in the diet and nutrition section, and ask for recommendations as to where can start to make changes, etc.
Read the training forum, and begin to form a routine idea that hits all areas of your body.
Ask questions!
