Hi My name is Pedro. I just came across the forum and decided to sign up. Seem like a very good resource for information. I have quite a bit of knowledge on bodybuilding and fitness but I just am having a hard time putting it to action. I have many goals I want to accomplish (both personal and fitness oriented) and my journey is just beggining. Nice to be aboard.
