Alright what is the best kind of cardio for lowering your BF? And how long should it be performed for?

Some form of interval cardio program would be my preference. Really focus on your diet if you want to lose fat though.

Fat loss should primarily be about nutrition, with cardio a distant second.
Some points ...
1. You don't have to just do HIIT for your cardio. Too much HIIT will negatively impact leg training
2. You can do some steady state cardio. A combo of both HIIT and SS cardio is probably most effective.
3. You do not want to do too much cardio, regardless of form. You want to lose fat on the least amount of cardio possible, not the most tolerable.
4. Fat loss will, or at least SHOULD, come primarily from your diet (I usually say about 80% worth), with the remaining 20% (not much) coming from cardio of various types.
5. If you're not losing fat, don't automatically look to more cardio. Look to your nutriton, since 9 times out of 10, that's where your problem is.

First you use nutrition, then cardio, then fat burners. eat leaner meats such as, chicken and turkey breasts. tuna. skim milks, whole wheat breads, brown rice. splenda instead of sugar. then add 15-20 minutes of cardio,3-4 days a week, then go up to 25-30 minutes pe day. if you still have pounds, add a thermogenic.

Cardio is not easy but it sure pays off. I do at least 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. Amazing how I can lower my fat "michellin's" by doing this
Ofcourse, you need to watch what you eat also and metabolisms can very well be different for everyone.
