Hey all!

I am a 25 yr, 5 11', 178 lbs. I have lost 10 pounds and a pant size in a month of watching what I eat and working out. I have been visiting Discuss Fitness.com but was not seeing allot of posts and learning as much as I see I can on this site so I made the jump! Looking forward to learning allot from all of you.

I have two little girls, a very busy career and a great wife. Finding time to work out is hard but I am very committed to it. My goals are to loose my chubby mid-section and bulk up with some muscle. I am not looking to be huge but would love to have some muscle to show off in a nice shirt and jeans. I have included what my diet was for today and what my workout routine is. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

DIET

Meal #1
Whole wheat English muffin w/ fat free cream cheese
5 egg whites (hard boiled)
Cup of coffee with low fat milk and a little sugar

Meal #2
Whole wheat wrap with 4 oz. of turkey meat and fat free cream cheese
Baby carrots raw

Meal #3
8 oz. skinless chicken
Baked sweet potato

Meal #4
8 oz skinless chicken
Broccoli

Meal #5
Tuna with honey mustard and some green onions
On top of a salad

Meal #6 (after workout)
8 oz skinless chicken

WORKOUT

Day 1
BI's and Back
30 minutes of cardio

Day 2
Chest and Tri's
30 minutes of Cardio

Day 3
Legs and Shoulders
30 minutes of cardio

Day 4
30 minutes of Cardio
ABS

Day 5
Rest

Day 6
Rest

Day 7
Start at Day 1

diet could be worked on but everyone starts somewhere and none of us stop learning apart from ForemanRules
