A different question about cutting

I've always wondered how effective of a cut it would be if the only things consumed (besides water, and the usual pills) were a good protein powder and good, healthy protien bars. I mean you can easily get enough protein and amino acids so your body doesn't go into a catabolic state but how healthy would this be? And given the usual cutting exercises, how effective would it be in losing fat over time? Not saying I'm doing that but I'm starting a cut soon and if thats effective I sure as hell would give it a try... especially since the GNC I went to over the week had some crazy sale and I went home with about 40 good protein bars for $21. Any oppinions on this would be helpful.. thank you

Healthy protein bars? Not sure there is such a thing...
You need fat.
You've been really malnourished, nutritionally speaking. Plus probably massively constipated...

sorry bro but this would never work out the way you want it to

im sure there would be many essential nutrients that your powder and bars wouldn't provide.

not crapping for days on end would make me nuts. I love a good, healthy duce dropping. In fact, I am going to go one riiiiigggghhhhtt........now! see ya! I'm crowning! Time to bring the Cosby kids into the pool!

um this would be terrible. you wouldnt be getting any of the vitamins and minerals your body needs. you can't be healthy on protein powder/bars.. you need REAL food.
