LOL Last night I had a piece of cake and my whole family is drinking milk with it, so I threw a scoop of whey into the milk

Basically I had a huge piece of ice cream cake, with a protein shake! Just thought it was kinda funny. Not the first time I've done stupid shit like this either.

One time I was having left over pizza that my family had, and I threw on a grilled chicken breast.

Yes, If I am going to eat some high carb piece of crap food, I will go ahead and eat it with tuna, or a whey in milk combo.

whenever possible, i'll opt for junk+good food instead of only junk food. the absence of good food is worse than the presence of bad food imo. besides, the more stomach space that one devotes to good food, the less one will desire junk food.

yeah, i have a lot of cravings for sweet things being back home now, my fave right now is them crunch cereals, luxury nuts (the ones full of sugar) and mince pies, heh! i'll always mix the crunch with alpen or branflakes (almoast like a topping, sprinkled over a healthier/fiberous cereal) and make sure i have a shake with it or make it after a healthy/high protein meal, and the nuts and mince pies i'll normally do the same, to finish a healthy meal, i've also done the pizza thing before (adding a can of tuna and lettuce on top), remember that adding protein, fiberous food and/or EFA's to junk food will help lower the GI and improve the nutritional conent of the meal, so certainly a smart move if you must eat junk for whatever reason

I don't know if 100% whole wheat bagels with PB can count as healthy or not, but last year when I was bulking sometimes I'd sprinkle some chocolate chips on them... Quite tasty, but I haven't done that for a while.

Back in my insane stupid bulk days, I was up to 225 at 5'11, I would do whatever I could and basically eat everything in sight. I would have a homemade lean burger on whole wheat and throw on like 2 or 3 small raviolis on the sandwich.

Now I'm bulking but keeping the calories at 18xbw instead of like 25xbw lol

It all depends on your bodytype.

I'm naturally just a skinny asian guy. I can go to McDonald's 3 days a week and not gain an ounce of fat. Might sound like a good thing, but on the other side of the coin, if I DON'T eat massive quantities of food my muscles wither away like no one's business.

On that note I'm in the mood for some cookies & cream ice cream....

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

I friggin love oatmeal. I have tried every way I can absolutely think of. I am trying to gain now, so my excuse for doing this is becuase I am trying to gain, even though I am carb sensitive.
I mix my OF oats with chocolate syrup, marshmellow Fluff, throw in some graham crackers and mix it with whey protein. Holy crap, I freaking love this shit!!!

I sometimes go to town using this as a postworkout meal.

Once I made pancakes and added a scoop of ON's 100% Whey Chocolate to the mix. Crazy, I know, but it tasted alright.

Today at my lunch break at work I had my Xtend (watermellon) mixed with water in a bottle and I had oatmeal, those that you just add water and put in the micro, so I didn't have enough water, so I added like 4 Oz of the mix of Xtend, but it tasted good though.
