Cheat Days

How often is it okay to take a cheat day? And on a cheat day how much should I cheat. I usually have one cheat day a week and only cheat on dinner.

Personally, I never have more than one cheat day per week. But that is just me!

One per week. But that doesn't mean to go overboard. Eat the one thing that you've been craving but still keep your meals split up evenly (5 or 6) throughout the day and still shoot for drinking a gallon of water.

I usually go one cheat day a month. Unless its a holiday then I will take two days.

yeah. same here. just 1 cheat day a week. but even on cheat days i still kinda eat clean. but for cheat days ill just have either taco bell or pizza, or in-n-out.

Ill have one cheat day myself that would be sunday because after church we go out to eat mexican food or eat over at someones house so I cant be rude so I eat everything I can on the table including deserts.

One cheat day a week for me, Sunday but I don't realy go crazy, just pizza for supper or something but the rest of my day stays the same.
I'm trying to gain some weight now so I don't watch the carbs as much but still stay away from the junk. I haven't had pop and all that in so long and I realy don't miss it anyway.

I shoot for one cheat per week. Some weeks I have a bit more, but I try to avoid going over 4500 calories on those days (my normal range is 3400-4000 a day and 4500-5000 on cheat days).
