HIT question

quick quesiton,

what do you guys take of this.
Im tring this reoutine out:

with modifications (instead of pullups i do lateral pulldowns; etc)

opinions about this?

I much prefer to stick to more compound stuff and do fewer exercises in an HIT routine like that. However, it will probably work just fine.

i agree with cp - i feel that deadlifts are a must in any HIT routine, so you might want to replace leg curls with deadlifts.

seated rows could be made into barbell rows aswell, so take that into consideration.

have you ever tried romanian deadlifts? i highly recommend them.
