im 5'4 and 115lbs as u probly already know im trying to gain weight
ill be 19 years old in april so im making it a goal to get my weight to 150 (for bar fights)

Hahaha. good shit. welcome brother. Well first you got to bulk like no other. eat like a pregnant woman man. 150g protein, and 350 grams carbs, shit just eat everything, no junk or soda, whole protein and protein powder. maybe creatine, lift 4-5 days a week. 1 year you should almost be there. well if you wanna gain fat too. are you just after muscle, or does it not bother.
