Hey,
New to the forum.. I expect to learn allot of good info in the future, thanks ahead of time!
Being new, I guess I should provide a bit more info as to why Im here, etc.
Ive been intersted in Physical fitness for around 8 years. I have not always had the dedication or commitment during all those years, mostly short lived attempts at puting on some lb's and to gain some muscles.
I would say the past year and half I have really been going strong and have turned the excercise addiction hopefully into a lifetime commitment. I owe much of my progress to the simple act of tracking my workouts, basically keeping a calander.. That has been by far the biggest motivator and I recommend it to anyone having problems "sticking to it".
My physique is the typical Ectomorph profile. 6'1", 175 lbs wet. I train 5-6 times a week, primarily weights focusing on a rep range of 8-10 on most excersises. I work cardio 2-4 times per week no more than 20 minutes. I cross train many different ways: Motorcycles, rock climbimg, surfing, MT bikes, swimming, and what ever has my interest that week.
My goal is to hit 200 lbs. Including the times when I was inconsistent with my workouts, to the past year or so hitting it hard.. I have never peaked past 175. Even expierementing with protien, creatine, Mucho food, heavy weight lower reps, etc.. I just cant seem to add pounds.
So, thats why Im here and hope to get something outa the site. Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks
