I prefer those Lean Pocket Ultras. They have half the calories and twice the protein of regular Lean Pockets. (200 calories, 24g protein). I only use them in a pinch.

if i have back to back lectures at uni then i'll make some tuna filled pitta's, and take some fruit in, or take an MRP in, if i'm in a rush i'll just grab a protein bar, works for me |
