But i want ab's and in my stomach area and waist seem's to be where all the fat really is but i would like to get rid of this fat but keep the weight.I would like to be defined but i need to gain as much weight for football as possible. I don't know if you guy's understand what im asking or not but if you do i would really appreciate a reply. Thanks.

i'd like to see a picture - we all suffer from biogrexia, i wonder if thats why theres so much "fat" around your waist.

Well it depends what is most important. If gaining weight is the most important thing, then... eat. If you want to look trimmer but gain weight, then it might be a good idea to cut some fat off for a few weeks, then try a cleaner bulk.

Dont you think 15 is a little too young for that? I read it takes place in the long term, like 5-6 years after the start of your initial training.

why would it take 5-6 years of intense training to be concerned/focused on how you look at all times? i think most people suffer(for lack of a better term) from it, to be honest.

It is what the article says dude. But I agree with you that most people are obsessed with how they look even if they are "perfect" But that specific disease disorder ( what ever you want to call it) only happens over that time frame...according to various articles/studies.
