I was wondering lets say for example this week if I want to go and stay on my clean bulk diet. What do you think the best thing to order would be taking in all factors? http://www.chilis.com/menu/ I'm located in florida if that makes a difference on the menu options. They have a "guiltless" menu as well that lists all the calorie/fat/carbs. |

From the guiltless grill menu i'd say the salmon and the chicken pita are the least offensive. I would be wary of how they prepare their rice even in their guiltless meals. From the other parts of the menu, the following look pretty good - and you can always substitute sides with fresh or steamed veggies: - salad: House Salad with simple oil and vinegar on the side - Citrus Fire Chicken and Shrimp (nix the rice or sub with more veggies) - Grilled Salmon with Garlic & Herbs (samd with the rice/veggies -- ask if the garlic/herbs are in a butter sauce or if they're just SEASONINGS, if sauce, ask for it on the side or not at all) - Chili's Classic Sirloin NO BUTTER, with sides of veggies - Fajitas - classic, citrus fire, steak & mushroom - all sauces on the side, and it's up to you if you want to eat the fajitas the traditional way in tortillas, or with a knife and fork, skipping the tortillas altogether... i'd skip 'em. |

If I were to be healthy, I would order the fajitas and only eat 2, bringing back the remaining 3 or 4 for a later engagement. But realistically, I end up eating all of them right there, or at least within an hour of one another. |

You will gain alot more fat eating out all the time (cheating) then eating clean meals. |
