with a decent diet and weight training/cardio schedule what kind of fat loss can you expect from doing a cycle of t3 similar to this one? ive heard from the duration in the example below around 20 - 25 pounds fat

this is young d's cycle but i would be doing this if i do use t3
T3

Days 1,2: 50mcgs
Days 3,4: 75mcgs
Days 5-18: 100 - 125mcgs
And HERE IS THE CRITICAL STAGE:
The SLOW taper. This is CRITICAL so that TSH levels
are allowed to adapt to the dosage so that there is no crash.
Days 19-22 : 125mcgs (or 100 depends on your max)
Days 23-26 : 100mcgs
Days 27-30: 75mcgs
Days 31-34: 50mcgs
Now, SUPER-SLOW(TSH will be VERY sensitive to ANY T3 now)
Days 35-41 : 37.5mcgs
Days 42-48 : 25 mcgs
Days 49-56 : 12.5 mcgs

8-weeks total.

T-3 is the most over rated BB drug I know of.......just skip it and do it all with a good diet.

I won't use T3 without gear, personally. If I did, I would do ~ 50 mcg/day for about 6 weeks. No ramping/tapering.

I agree, 50-75mcg is enough on cycle...100+ makes me ill....but I do taper down for just 3-4 days but no taper up.

you not reading. most people use it while cycling. It help keep some of the fat off while bulking.
I know of no one that going to drop weight like you think from running T-3. all it does is speed up your metabolism. If you think that's going to drop 25 lbs off you, then you need to kick back and re-think things over.

T3 is very catabolic, so you are likely to lose muscle--unless you use it with steroids.

I like 60-80mcgs, and I have done it without sauce. I would definitely ramp down, or you could feel like shit very quickly. I will be doing an 8 weeker shortly, only 40mcg, tapering down by 10mcg every 3 days.

if youre diet and training is in check... t-3 can be an added bonus...ill be running it at 75mcgs thru most of my cycle(cutting).. i will be ramping up and down but will be running it longer than the typical 6 weeks..

that is a good way to cycle t3 (in the initial post), however it would work even better if you were running some sort of anabolic support, as t3 is known to be catabolic at higher doses (50mcg and upwards), if you did decide to go for it without the juice then i wouldn't go any higher than 75mcg ED, make sure you keep your protein intake high, and obviously drink plenty of water and don't overtrain

I think what you have to understand is that, with moderate doses (40-60mcg/day), you are not going to have a conformational shift where your body changes the preferred energy source for a given energy system. So, you will still burn mostly fat during aerobic metabolism, and carbs for anaerobic metabolism. Where you have to be careful is at higher doses, where your metabolism is running hard and you are breaking down protein during workouts. If your body needs the energy, it will find it. Prolly goes along the lines of how much you can lose in a week without losing muscle, which is typically 1% of bodyweight. Much more and protein will become fuel.
