I'm trying to get my arms proportioned my biceps are bigger than my triceps I am wondering how much bigger are your triceps suppose to be than your biceps?

well, your triceps are about 2/3 of your arm.

For me it opposite my biceps are around twice as big as my triceps.

pretty much yeah, just think if you focused on your tris how much bigger your arm would be!

Very true! I don't have big bi's but still my arms look big, because my tri's are really well developed, if they would have been smaller I would have very small looking arms. big arms means big tri's
