You can eat a good breakfast before your 8am class(eggs, oatmeal, milk, whole wheat bread, etc), then during the break you can have lunch(I buy pre cooked chicken breast and frozen vegetables, those you can prepare easily), some chicken breast with veggies and maybe a baked potatoe or a tuna sandwich would do it. If you don't have a break during you class (from 12:30 to 3:15pm) then you can take a protein shake afterwards or a bar. I go to school full time too and usually I carry breakfast and lunch in my bag, I try to have stuff that I know won't need to be in the fridge. Also, always carry a protein bar, because you never know. Those are some ideas. Also, you can make some pasta(whole wheat) get some Ragu and the precooked chicken breast, some veggies and there you have a decent meal. Hope it helps. Good luck bro Flakko |

Any suggestions?? My schedule is 8am-10:45 then a break until my class at 12:30-3:15. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
