1 med bag of Fritos= 480 cal 8 pro 30 fat 45 carb
1 can of spam = 1000cals 42g pro 96fat 0carb
6pack mgd high life= 858 cals 6 pro 0fat 78 carb


2400 cals
56g pro
126g fat
123g carb

Myself at around 260 pounds I eat this:
80-100g carbs
15g fat(good fat)(fish oil caps, flax seed)
40-50g protein
600-735 calories (depends on how hard i lifted and what I did.)

Usually, after w/o I eat 1/2 baked chicken with rice and beans, around 1-1 1/2hr after my post w/o protein shake. I trying to get BIG!

white rice I can see but beans? they have fiber which slows absorption. why do that? and why eat whole food after a workout? whey is better.

I have the shake then 45 mintues later. a meal with 40g protein, 65g carbs, 15-20g fats
