in fact here's an exerpt fromt the product description: "Power Protein Cookie has a net carb count of 9 grams. Only these carbs should be counted towards your low carb diet, since the remaining 14 carbs come from fiber, sugar alcohols, and glycerine. All of which have a minimal effect on blood sugar levels." they may have little effect on blood sugar but they do contain calories. |
