Does anyone know if you mix certain supplements makes them work different ways. I mean like when mixed togeter and become neutral and make them useless or counteract to make a whole other substace that would hurt you in the long run.
just wondering i read somewhere one that creatine and caffine mixed would cancel each other out. But I have heard different lately. I never know who to belive when buying supplements.

hmmm, never heard about creatine and caffine. I know that pretty much all protein and amino supps can be taken together and still be effective but I'm not sure about other types of supplements.

I've heard and read about not taking caffine and creatine together.
Don't know if its true for sure but figure better safe than sorry.
I've also heard that using milk mixed with protien can cause less absorbtion than just mixing it with water.
As far as mixing sups, I've read some on what to stack together but never heard anything not to take together.

Ok that answers the creatine question. But what about other supplements. This is a good idea for someone to write a book or something on.
Oh yeah

certain vitamins and minerals will interfere or aid each other. vitamin C increases iron asorption however as a results less vitamin C will be asorbed.
so certain things may aid other supps but will sacrifice themsleves in order to do this.

How can protein supplements taken with milk cause less absorption if milk is a protein itself?
