They provide very little nutrients to your body, poor source of carbs, meats are Grade E at best and the veggies in them are seriously lacking any vitamins. There are much better things you could choose instead of a TV Dinner. I'm not even a protein bar advocate but I'd much rather you choose a protein bar over this.

The crap they put in those frozen meals is very bad if eaten everyday. If you want some thing hot, start planning your meals to make larger portions and freze the left overs in tupperware, and nuke them at work**** I don't nuke anything in plastic as carcinogens tend to leek out when exposed to heat*** You can pre portion/freze all kinds of stuff: Soups, stews, chillis, Homemade burritos with rice and beans and chicken, Aroz con pollo with brown rice, chillis,peppers,chicken, is one of my favorites. Its kind of a pain, but once you get used to "overcooking" you get a routine down that your body and wallet will apreciate. |

Thanks for that. I normally eat rather well. Out of the 42 meals I eat every week. 3 of them are tv dinners. I usually eat more then just the tv dinner for lunch too. I could stop eating them its just laziness that is hindering me.
