met cr10 creatine

I am confused. I just purchased this creatine and I wanted to take it after using a hi glycemic carb(maltodextrin) but the directions say take on an empty stomach and don't eat for 30 min. after taking the creatine. Could someone tell me how I can incorporate Cr10 into my post workout correctly? Has anyone tried Cr10?

What the hell is Cr10?
Just take the creatine immediately post work-out, then wait 30 minutes and take the Cr10. (I am assuming Cr10 is a post work-out shake?)

cr10 is an effervescent creatine that met-rx puts out.
i think it may be similar to FSI. both come in individual packets and I know FSI Creatine Clear also says not to eat for 30 minutes after. I take it (Creatine Clear) immediately after training and then usually have my protein shake 15-20 minutes after that.
