Problems gaing more weight.

Hi, I doubt anyone remembers me but I came here for help gaining weight a month ago. Anyways, I have gone from 140lbs to 155lbs - 160lbs (not quite sure, but I'm in that range) I seem to be stuck at this weight, yet I've increased my calorie intake quite a bit. I was at about 3000 calories for a while. Anyways, I'm now at 3700 - 4000 per day and I haven't seen any weight gain at all. I'm not working out anymore than I normally do and infact I'm not even working out somedays to see if I'm gaining more weight.

Is my metabolism just very high now? If so, is there a good way to drop it down without losing too much weight then try to pack on more weight?

Try a weight gain supplement. Like a milk and eggs formula and work that into your diet.

Yeah, I think I definitly need to eat eggs more often. However I have been using Mammoth2500 everyday. I use a total of 3 scoops per day. 2 scoops with water after my workout and 1 scoop with 1 cup of milk before I go to bed. (I eat other things before I go to bed aswell)

Here's my daily intake at this time. (6 meals per day, all approx. 3 hours apart.)
Calories 3700
Fat 80g
Carbs 485g
Protein 200g

maybe your just not giving it enough time. you dont just gain 10 pounds in a month all that often. try drinking more water. half to 3/4 a gallon a day. you could just be dehydrated. also, maybe your not getting all the minerals you need. do you eat your vegetables and fruits?

Yes, although not as much as I was having a few weeks ago. And I actually gained 10lbs in 2 weeks soo... *shrug* I was mainly wondering why the slow down all of a sudden despite increasing everything by a decent amount lol. Anyways, yeah I'm probably just not getting all the fruits and vegtables I need.
