i love this site and all of the support from the men and women. you all are awesome. i am here to chat with others for support and advice in my battle to lose fat not "to lose weight" i will post more in others forums and am excited to meet people! so feel free to contact me with any advice

actually i have been a member for a year and was on the bffm and lost alot of weight but i hdnt been on for a while and i forgot my password so i just made a new sn and deceided to write in the newbies bc i was reintroducing myself
