I have read that Prolabs Creatine is the best bang for your buck because you get alot of it and it is really cheap. However, a lot of people say NO-Xplode is the best creatine out there. Is there really a difference between Prolabs Creatine Monohydrate and some of th emore expensive stuff like NO-Xplode? Do the more expensive brands have something Prolab doesnt offer? What would you guys say is the most effective creatine?

Did you actually use it or are you just messing around?

no-xplode is great, i would reccomend it to anyone

I thought No-Explode was just for a pump. Isn't Cell-Mass the Creatine product?

Or do I have things backwards?

And I probaly shouldn't say it considering how much they get bashed, but if you can afford it, I found Cell-Tech worked good for me.

If it weren't for price, I'd still be on it.

I'm thinking about going with ProLabs next time I do Creatine, as I've heard lots of good things about it.

I liked cell tech too, but now iam 100% behind no-explode, and yes no-explode does have levals of creatine, not huge leavls though. No-xplode is based on the idea that nitric oxide and creatine can work together and complement each other, when used together.

Try Storm by Universal nutriton. It has three different kinds of creatine in it.Its really a great product.

Tricreatine Malate
Dicreatine Malate
Creatine Monohydrate
Magnesium Creatine Chelate

iNOXsulin-7: 3750mg
L-Taurine
Betaine Anhydrous
Citrulline Malate
Arginine AKG
Glycocyamine
L-ALA
4-Hydroxyisoleucine (20%)

Thats what all it has in it.Its pretty cheap also.Best creatine product I have found.

I also use Shock Therapy by Universal. Its also a good product, taste pretty bad but does what it is suppose to do.I work out early in the a.m. so I take a scoop of shock therapy and a scoop of storm thirty minutes before i workout.
Really seems to help pump you up and get your head in the right place.
