Hey there all,
I am a 23 year old guy that got very ill about a year and 1/2 ago, any way I ended up being like 135-140lbs when i started to get better 7 1/2months ago, Since then I have been on a mission to become very healthly and actully am trying to become a police officer. So I started working out about 6 months ago or so when I frist started i think i could bench 100lbs like 5 times, Today I put up 215 and weight 168 lbs. Thus the problem insews, I need to know the some good work out routens that have worked for people. My goal is to bench 250 in another 6months, Kinda like I toally kicked that dieses ass type of a thing for me.
If anyone has any tips to help pls do.
