I just got done taking a bottle of cex two days ago. It was hard for me to gauge the efficacy of cex so I decided to just try regular monohydrate. I started loading yesterday and then continued loading phase today. I took one loading dose about an hour and a half before I started lifting, which was when I took cex.
I don't know if I had a bad workout or wat, but my endurance on my reps was so shitty. The funny thing is I've had a crap load of energy the whole day. My guess is it was prolly just a bad workout, but I've heard that some people are non-responders to mono. Wat do u guys think?
