Had an embaressing moment in the gym today

Normally, I train Chest+Bi's monday, legs tues, break on wed, back and traps on thurs, and shoulders and tris on friday, but this week I just decided to vary it up a little bit.

So I'm hitting tri's, and noticing how into the workout I feel... Maybe it's the V12 Turbo kicking in, but I just felt the power. I'm doing overhead tricep extension with a rope (the one that sorta looks like a double ponytail) on a cable, and I guess the pin wasnt all the way in, so on my 10th rep, the pin comes out of the weight stack, and the entire 90 lbs just drops and makes this HUUUGE bang. Of course, the gym at this point was quite busy, and EVERYONE stopped what they were doing, and looked over at me. I was just like "".. Needless to say I didn't feel QUITE as into the workout after that

That doesnt sound that bad too me. What is embarssing in when some guy walks into the gym wearing boxers because he htough they were gym shorts (true story).

Happens all the time..... believe me it's worse when you forget to put the clips on when you're squatting and you drop a few 45's all over the place. Poopoo and peepee happens.

Yeah, for the most part. But accidents happen... you could slip up or mess up on something... your shoe could be untied... or you could realize you are wearing boxers and your penis is hanging out right as you unrack the weight.

one time I was doing cg pushdowns and my hands were sweaty. I was going to failure and lost grip, so 130 pounds slammed down. I didn't really feel embarassed though. Live and learn.

One time I was doing squats and I went down and kinda lost my balance and started leaning forward with the weight....before I knew it I had to roll the weight over my head and threw it on the safety bars...it was really loud and like 3 people came up to me and asked if I needed a spot...

I totally blew the back off my shorts doing squats last Nov, Finished my set with my ass hanging out, had to be the end of the laundry cycle too, so I was in these stupid bright blue "tanga" cut briefs (almost a bikini) and had cross the gym to the dressing room looknig like I didn't care - then finished the workout in office pants - looked ridiculous...

EDIT - the most embarassing thing for me was when I buried myself doing icline chest, and had to ask for help to rack the bar cause I work out alone. No big deal, but that's stuck with me from like 3 years ago...
