Need routein I got a bench now

Hi I got a bench out in my garage with 2 dumbells I can put different weights on them.. I have an EZ-Curl bar... The bench can incline and decline. Can you guys help me with a routine that a 13 year old can do without busting his muscles.

Dont joke around or say I'm to young to bodybuild ok? I just want a routine.

lol fullhouse has lots on lessons for kids your age. lol if u start working out now ur not gunna get taller at all. i sugest start working out at 15

I guess you dont get it, America has the gayest shows ever. They're stupid, for example: "Lost" What do they do? They go around killing each other, and America calls that entertainment. How about that. Also vince your not right about I wont grow at all, alot of body builders have gained height because of better health. Ok, I'll create my own routine. I praise you P-Funk for helping me the least bit. What is that page that shows you what exercises their are for different parts of the body? Like exrc.net or something?

Dumbell Lying Tricep Extention: 2x10 RI: 30 seconds
Dumbell Bicep Curl: 2x10 RI: 30 seconds
Dumbell Concentration Curl: 2x10 RI: 30 seconds
Dumbell Should Press: 3x5 RI: 30 seconds

Wednesday:
Forearm/Back/Chest
Dumbell Hammer Curl 2x10 RI: 30 seconds
Dumbell Bent-over Row 2x10 RI: 40 seconds
Dumbell Bench Press 3x5 RI: 30 seconds

Friday:
Waist/Hips/Thighs/Calves
Crunch 3x5 RI: 20 seconds
Dumbell Side Bend: 3x5 RI: 10 seconds
Dumbell Deadlift 2x10 RI: 30 seconds
Dumbell Squat 2x5 RI: 20 seconds

thats is by far the best routine I have ever seen! do not change a thing!

I'm thinking of adding more waist exercises into my routine, do you have any suggestions?

Bro the first thing that pops out is that you need to do things in correct order, the biggest muscle/movement first, and then all the little shit ones later. On your lower day, definitely do not start with abs, since they are used in the deadlifts, squats, lunges, etc. Why would you fatigue an important stabilizer muscle like that? Work them afterwards. Same with working shoulders before triceps and working back before biceps.

As for the routine, I don't like it. Not enough volume for chest, back, hamstrings. And the split doesn't even really make sense to me. Good try though, I am sure other members will help you clean it up more.

You are making yourself sound like a prick when you say "America has this, America calls that". Stop the fucking generalization of one of the biggest countries in the world. It is possible that out of about 295,000,000, not all of them love the show. What are you...French?

I dislike that split. It can work, but I think there are better options. If you're new or just getting abck into lifting then I would suggest trying a full body routine to start out:

Told you I'd stink... Can someone just make me one that's easy? I bet I'll go through 10 hours of making routines.. I have EZ Curl bar, Dumbells.. Incline decline bench, and that's about all...

DB bench press
DB squat
bent over Db row
DB step up
curls

Day 2
DB RDL
Db sholder press
DB lunge
Prone incline DB row (lying face down on the incline bench)
triceps
