im 28 yrs old 250lbs 5ft11 been training for 13 years .ive been a member on a couple other boards for about 3yrs. i ran across this board while doing a search on yahoo and one of your forums was about what i was searching for .it was rather informative so here i am . my goal here is to obtain and share info .
