what is your opinion on Cell-tech made by muscletech? Iv been taking it for a week so far.

1. Old school. There's better creatines out there now. Do some research.

2. Way to expensive, especially for monohydrate. There's better AND cheaper creatines out there now. Do a search on CEE.




Muscletech is almost universaly loathed. They are THE most hated company amongst true bodybuilders that dont get paid to say they take their crap. All their supplements are way overpriced and overhyped. Im surprised no one has gotten on here and ripped into you for buying and using Muscletech. I wont do that.

It works, but it's too damn expensive.

I was on it for about six weeks and boy does the price add up if you take it like they recommend.

I mean it would be cheaper to mix, creatine mono powder with 75 grams of sugar. or kool aid. thats all it is. well then a few extra's.

Exactly. I recommend you switch to CEE (creatine ethyl ester). It works a hell of a lot better than Cell Tech, which is monohydrate, and its cheaper by a loooooooong shot. Monohydrate also bloats you due to the water retention, so yeah, you look big, but puffy. CEE wont do that at all.

I buy bulk DiCreatine Malate (Because that's the one they use in NO-Xplode) and it works for me. Strenght and no water retention. I triend CEX (CEE) and it does work too, just a little bit pricey, but a good product though.
