WELL GUYS I'AM ON A DIET THAT IS DESIGNED TO SAVE MUSCLE AND LOSE FAT. I GOT IT OUT OF A BOOK FROM IRONMAN. ITS RATIOS ARE 20% FAT 40%PROTIEN 40%CARBS. DO YOU GUYS THINK THAT THESE ARE GOOD RATIOS? ALSO I EAT ABOUT THE SAME THING EVERY DAY. DO YOU GUYS KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND RECIPIES AND RATIOS FOR FOOD.

The ratio looks fine, as long as 40% tranlates to at least one gram of protien per pound of body weight. And as long as you are lifting weights, you won't lose muscle.
