Is milk good for weight training or will too much milk just make you fat?

It's very good... use 2% or Skim if you're worried about too much fat.

Milk = protein
Protein = yay.

I don't recommend the use of higher fat milks (you are better off getting your fats from healthier sources) but skim milk is very good for you and can easily be added to a diet.

Whatever fits in your macros. I usually drink 3-4 cups a day.

yes milk helps with bones... but you can have more than one cup if you want....

I used to drink like 1/2 gallon a day. ALl i drank was green tea, water, and milk.

Yes, but not that much when cutting, when bulking I drink atleast a litre everyday...milk=yumm (fatfree ie)

i drink about 2L a day - i dont like water much - but dont over do it - too much milk, or any calcium source over a long period, can result in calcium build up which can lead to Kidney stones!

Emma I honestly think 1% is better than skim because skim can be hard on the arteries.
