Hows the diet looking ??

Hey guys,
I was wondering what everyone thinks of my cutting diet ?

185 lbs
84 kilos
15 bf
Height 5.7
age:21

I have this diet with a no carb day with just veggies and have carb up day with meal 2/3 with high carb meal.Also cup of aots instead of 1/2 cup



Meal 1:1/2 cup oat bran
Eggs 33 protein
2 fish oil caps

Meal 2:Steak 200 grams
2 fish oil caps
Mixed veggies
15 Almonds

Meal 3: 1/2cup brown rice
1 Chicken breast 210 grams
2 fish oil

Meal 4:Tuna 150 grams
2 fish oil
Mixed veggies
15 Almonds

Meal4/5:Protein Drink whey 30grams
after workout

Meal 3: 1/2cup brown rice
1 Chicken breast 210 grams
2 fish oil

Meal 6: Tuna 150 grams
2 fish oil


total = 2727

Protein:298
Carbs : 180
Fat:53

I think you lost me here.......

What are you doing exactly? I know cutting but are you doing a carb cycle or are you doing a carb up or Keto diet with carb loading? I need you to be more specific. Also, what is your training like? How many days per week? How much cardio are you doing? How often are you planning on going no carb before you get in your carbs?

Im doing carb cycling, high carb/no carb/low carb days , this no good for cuting ?

I lift weights on monday/tuesday/thursday/friday
I do cardio in morning for 40 mins every second day, eventualy up it to everyday

Yes, this is very good for cutting. How bout you write out all 3 days and what your meal plans are.

This is good. Make sure that you don't lift on those no carb days.

Would be ok to keep that diet for 3 days and then carb up on 4th ?

I'm not following. If you are doing carb cycling then it should go like this

1 No Carb Day
1 Low Carb Day
1 High Carb Day
Repeat

I mean if i was to have diet i wrote up at top for 3 days and on 4th, i will have carb up day , since carbs pretty low in that diet, just to give my eating patterns bit of a change

thats more of a keto diet, not carb cycling. It might be a good idea to read the stickes at the top of this forum called Guide to Cutting.........etc.
