what is the nutritional value of the cartilege on the ends of chicken wings? the semi transparent crunchy stuff... it has to be good for something right?

i always eat that stuff. I never thought about the benifets though until you brought it up. I googled it and came up with http://www.truestarhealth.com/member...07ML4P1A2.html. It may help with arthritis.
