I'm in the gym 5 days a week and run 3-4 days a week approx 8 miles. I am working on improving my eating habits. Its not that i eat bad things, but lack of. I'm now eating small meals 3-4 times per day vs 1 meal. I know that is one of my major issues and have noticed a big difference since i made the change. I'm open for any diet or workout plan you may suggest. thanks! |
