Vegetables are either raw (eg: things like lettuce, tomato, mushroom, cucumber etc in BIG ol' salads or just chewed on like celery) or lightly steamed or stir-fried (eg: broccoli, pak choy, bok choy, mushrooms, spinach)... Occasionally if I am in a rush I will nuke then for a few seconds in the microwave... |
