Congratulations on the weight loss! 30 pounds is great! But to lose that much in 2 months is a little fast! Although the heavier you are, the faster you can lose, you may want to slow it down a bit...

This looks great.

Ok - My main concern is that you are not eating any fruit or vegetables!! Your diet needs to be about more than just 'weight loss' - it needs to be about your health too. So you have to think about vitamins, minerals and fibre too...

Which means you want to add some vegetables/salad to your burrito and tortillas... And add some fruit to 2-3 meals too (eg: an apple or some berries).

You may want to add in some more healthy fats - eg: add some avocado at your 12pm meal and 3pm meal....

The only other big things are that you should probably increase your protein serve in breaky (2 eggs is not very much - what about 2 eggs and some whites?) and then add some complete protein to meal 2 as well (what about some cottage cheese mixed with the PB??)...

Lastly - you need to think about correct pre and post workout nutrition for your weights training sessions. So if that 7.30pm meal is pre workout, you should think about adding some carbs to the shake and then following your workout with another protein shake with some carbs (eg: skim milk and a banana).

LOL - if you are dieting then you are probably going to be hungry.

It is hard to say if you are eating enough (you don't really go into portion sizes)... But the fact that you are losing weight so rapidly probably means your calories are pretty low - so you might want to slowly increase them so you lose at about 2 pounds a week.

However - just so you know - it is a lie to say that 'you will not lose weight if you do not eat enough'... If you are eating less than you need, you will still continue to lose weight (did you ever see a fat victim of famine??)... But you will do yourself some metabolic damage as a result... and it is not healthy for you in the least.... And it will also impact negatively on your workouts...

So you are better off preventing these nasty concequences and eating sensibly... The weight will come off slower - but the results will be better.
