30 pounds is great! But to lose that much in 2 months is a little fast!
Although the heavier you are, the faster you can lose, you may want to slow it down a bit...|

So you have to think about vitamins, minerals and fibre too...| i am always hungry and concerned im not eating enough to lose more weight or if im eating plenty and just dont know enogh to not know i already know.. |
