I don't carb cycle but a friend of mine was thinking about it and asked me about it. I know there is the high carb, low carb and no carb days and typically one rests on the no carb day. My question is on the high carb day. Do you consume what you would normally consume or to you need to go beyond that to make up for the low and no carb days.

The days are really:

- Regular Carb Day
- Low Carb Day
- No Carb Day (but it's okay to eat a slice of orange with your meal for digestion)

I should note that one of the goals High/Regular carb day is not only to satisfy your nutritional needs but also your psychological needs. So if you go over a normal day's carb intake, it quite all right. Whatever it takes to make you "feel" okay about Low and No carb days. Without destroying your diet, of couse.
